If you are looking for an island which has affordable amenities and such. You should head to Rendezvous Beach Resort. Rendezvous Beach Resort is located in Marigondon, Mactan, Lapu-lapu City. If you are from Cebu City, it would take approximately an hour ride via private vehicle, public commute to this place might take longer but very affordable. If you went there in a Saturday or Sundays you should be early for the reason of many customers and beach goers in weekends especially long holidays because it will attract more beach goers to this affordable resort in Mactan Island.
The beach is fine based on public beach standards, it also has a nice façade. There are a number of big cottages which are very much useful for big groups and at a reasonable prices. And, the resort is not that much crowded as compared to its neighboring resorts like Blue Reef and Ocean Pearl, and Banyo Beach. The beach is good for a barkada outing or family reunion because it has videoke section where you can enjoy it with your friends and family.
When we have reunions or just a simple celebration to make, my family, together with my relatives immediately head to this resort. Not just to get tanned, but also it has affordable amenities that you can enjoy all throughout the day. My relatives always want to comeback to this island, like for 10 times a year? Haha. They super love this resort. It is clean and you can enjoy and get exhausted with the waves splashing to your body.

•Cottages for small and big groups are available where you enjoy your packed viands and rice. It has no corkage as long as you rent their cottages.
•Clean Restrooms and Shower rooms. (Shower fee of P20 per head). It has limited supply of water only so you can shower with limited water and time only.
•Their rooms are really good, aircon and have a veranda that looks out to the sea. If you want to stay and watch the sun sets and rise in the horizon. Rendezvous rooms has a perfect spot for your kind of pleasure.
•Grilling place available. Grilling is very common in our family bondings especially reunions. The beach resort feels it, so for those who loves fresh grilled meats. There is a grilling place here at Rendezvous Beach Resort.

•Parking fee for your vehicles. Parking fares for vehicles ranges at 10-50 pesos. They have staffs who watch the vehicles of their clients, so you do not have to worry about your cars or motorcycles at the parking area.

The Rendezvous Beach Resort has only 10 cottages for rent and 10 resort rooms for overnight stays. The resort has the affordable and reasonable prices especially for you. The cottage rates are:
P1,000 – Good for 25 pax
P1,200 – Good for 35 pax
P2, 500 – Good for 50 pax
This resort is good for Day trip and swimming only. Probably to give more privacy for those who have checked-in in their resort rooms. Room Rate is flat fee of P2,500 per day. They have 3 rooms for twin sharing and 7 rooms with queen size beds. If you will request for extra bed, you will be charged P300 per mattress.
